I have used every brand of long wear matte liquid lipsticks out there, a couple only have I really liked and have been using for years (not referring to color…..but how they feel, how they do or don’t transfer, if they are tacky, or too drying, if they eventually start coming off in little pieces ;that drives me nuts!!) and how long they stay on/wear. I am in AWE of this one! The bad reviews? I say they are doing something wrong in the application or ??? …. This is the only one that feels nice (not tacky or drying….feels like you have nothing on!) Nice color (but I’d love to see more nudes!), and wow, does it last!!!! No transfer (but, hello, let it set/dry before freaking out!)…..I put it on during the day and on it stays, beautifully, even if I don’t take it off before bed, it’s STILL on the next morning! Wha-what? I can’t feel it, lips still don’t dry out, still no flaking off, just there. Amazing? Yes!! This girl knows lipstick. I never leave my house without my lips beautified….Ever. Even to walk out to get the mail! (= Not having to touch up very often, if at all. All. Day. Did I mention it stays on all day? Thank you and I love you for creating this. Big fail on the “no transfer” and all day wear

I had high hopes for this all day lipstick. I bought the color Major Crush. Very pretty color. Applied to clean lips and let sit for 15 minutes before eating or drinking. Use the back of my hand to test the “no transfer”claim, and it totally failed. Definitely false advertising. Also after two hours, the center part of the color is all gone, and only the outline of the color remained. Sure would like my money back on this one!

I always used L’Oréal Infallible Pro Last 2 step for as many years as it was available. I was so disappointed when it was discontinued.
I decided to try the new Matte Resistance line and am so unhappy. The colors are beautiful but they don’t stay on and they transfer. I followed every direction on application and setting time. This product cannot begin to compare with the OG!
Now I’m still in search of the perfect replacement.

Bring Back the Old Formula

Please bring back the old formula! it was perfect, no need for lip liner because the old brush lined lips beautifully. The old formula dried quick if you you used it correctly by not overloading the brush and lips. The colors were perfect, especially the shade 842 Candy Man, a perfect muted mauve/taupe nude color in the Les Chocolats sub-collection.

Disappointed with new brand

This has been my go to for YEARS! The original version of this product lasted me ALL day (from 7:30am until 10:00pm). Loreal has rebranded this and clearly changed the formula becuase the newly packaged does NOT even last me until lunch now. I am in search of something like the original version. Maybeline has one that I am going to try. I am just sorely disappointed as to why this was changed. Picture is of original packaging that works.

Not a winner! VERY sticky’

I am very disappointed in the new liquid lipstick! I’ve been using all of the colors of infallible lipstick for many years, and I am disappointed in its discontinuation. It is very difficult to find a replacement, and I am running out of my stock. Please bring back. Infallible!

Too sticky

I bought shade 220 in this Infallible Matte and it feels extremely sticky! I even out it on and held my.lips apart for several minutes to let it set. It didn't transfer, but it never stopped feeling sticky. I had to use a lip balm to make my lips feel smooth again. Was it supposed to be used with a balm?

No replacement for the old infallible lipstick

I am so disappointed in this product. I've been a fan of the two step infallible lipstick since it was on the market. I was hoping this would be an improvement, but the color is flat and the feel on my lips is uncomfortably dry. I don't understand why you discontinued a great product that worked.

Incredibly smooth, long lasting . Thebbig problem is the shade seems way darker on the lip than it does in the tube. I wish there were something two shades or two tints up from this. It’s just a bit deeper in tone than expected for my skin type.

The color from the chart is way off. I have 240 and it reads on the lip much much much darker. The good side is it applies incredibly well looks wonderful on does not cake and it’s extremely smooth so the chemistry and application is great. the color is just way darker than what’s indicated in the test strips and chart

The first thing I noticed was how comfortable the formula was! Usually with matte lipsticks my lips feel dry throughout the day and I did not feel it with this one! The color was beautiful and worked well with lipgloss and lipliners. It did last a long time! I would recommend this for anyone looking for more pigmented lip products as the color was beautiful and pigmented.

Niiiice liquid lipstick

I was gifted the Infallible Matte Resistance 635 worth it medium to try and leave an honest review.
The packaging is cute; it matches the color of the lipstick. I like the applicator due to shape because I can use it as a lip liner too. The color is a nice mauve and looks nice on my light-medium skin tone. It did last a long time. I had dinner with my hubby (Peruvian food I might add) and I only had to re-apply a tad bit; just a touch up.
Overall, I give this liquid lipstick 10/10

May work for someone else

I was not very impressed with this product. It takes some practice to make it look neat and nice. I would recommend using a lip pencil first. The staying power is pretty good, but it made my lips a little dry which was uncomfortable. Worth It Medium is a bright reddish brown matte color and definitely not for everyday use.

Moisturizing matte

I personally prefer glossy lips, but I didn't mind this matte! It actually felt comfortable and didn't give that dry mouth feel others do.
The color lasted all day and did not budge or smudge!

I've tried various lip products, but the Infallible Matte Resistance 601 Worth It stands out. Its application is smooth and juicy, providing excellent coverage and long-lasting wear. One tip is to let your lips dry before layering with gloss or drinking from a cup. I particularly enjoy using it as a base liner, which allows me to contour my lips without altering the color. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

I live how smooth the application is on this product. Very beautiful color aswell. Not sticky! Glides perfectly and has a good amount of coverage and pigmentation

I was having little faith on the product. Not because I though it was bad but because I thought it was going to be like very other lip product. However, I was surprised by the durability and that it left a stain!! It left me the perfect pinkish tone that gave some life to my lips. I love it because it is two products in one and it is so easy to apply! Cant wait to buy other shades

Must have liquid lipstick.

Absolutely love this product. The matte does not dry out your lips, it actually stays on for hours. The matte dries within 10 seconds of putting it on and you can apply whatever gloss you want to apply on top of it.

The color of the packaging is deceiving, so the lipstick was much brighter than I expected. It does last at least six hours. All in all I would say it's a great product for longevity.

This liquid lipstick stays on all day and doesn't budge. I have tried to wipe it off and rub it off but it won't come off without a good makeup remover. Also its very pigmented.

A Really Good Product!

I received Loreal Infallible Matte Resistance 601 Worth It lipstick to review for my honest opinion. I don't wear lipstick often as I hate how drying some are on my lips or how other lipsticks smudge and smear terribly. Also, I struggle to find a good color. This lipstick was not drying to my lips and despite smudging a little tiny bit it was not too bad. I loved the wand for putting it on and to me that is a huge plus. The color was pretty subtle as well and just what I was looking for. I will definitely buy this brand and try some other colors as well.
