Color gloss:
After try to dye my hair at home and several mistakes I used chemicals for 5 times. My hair was very damaged and dry with a lot of brass mixing. The Le Color Gloss just saved all my hair in 1 use: removed mostly of the brass and gave back shine, hydration with a loose finish (PERFECT!).
I spent a lot of money with purple shampoos and masks that just this one product can make all the work much more easier (1 time per week). I left seating on hair for about 30 minutes. Than I applied more hydration cream on the top of the product (waiting more 10 minutes) and washed off just with water (without shampoo).
I'm very impressed and now the L'Oréal Le Color Gloss is my favorite brass corrector ever!

COOL BLONDE IS TERRIBLE!

i bought the cool blonde with high hopes. opened the bottle and it was purple, i thought “why not, i’ll try it” AND IT STAINED MY SCALP PURPLE! i’ve been trying to wash it out with a clarifying shampoo, hopefully it goes away. SO disappointed and upset.

The absolute best

I’ve tried pretty much every silver toner from this line, and without a doubt, this one is the winner. It completely neutralizes all yellow and orange tones in my hair with no visible damage. My only complaint is that it starts to fade after about three washes. Still, the results are good enough to deserve 5 stars.

Really good for the price

I use this on my auburn/brassy brown hair and it really cools it down. I wouldn’t say it changes the color but I also don’t leave in on for that long. It also makes it super shiny and softer!! I have thick, medium length hair and have gotten more uses out of it than expected.

Review of the Silver Gray

I just purchased a silver gray and a silver also. I used the silver gray, and I absolutely love it! I love the difference in my hair. My grays are much more manageable and not frizzy as usual. I love my gray hair and now I love it even more. It was so easy to use being as it's premixed! I did use rubber gloves that I bought from Sally's. It didn't stain my skin around my ears, etc.. I would highly recommend this product!! I found it to be beyond excellent!

Wonderful blending of grays

Love the subtle color and grey coverage. It took my salt and pepper hair which was grown out about 5 inches and blended it well with the bottom few inches of dyed hair. I’ll be happy when I can finally cut off the rest of the previously dyed hair but it will be about six more months. The only thing is it does wash out rather quickly as it says it will. Wish it lasted a bit longer.

This product really toned out the yellow. It worked the best when my hair was about 75% dry after washing. I let it air then applied and left it in about 12 mins. I got at least 5 applications from one tube but my hair is on the thinner side.

My hair is colored red. After about 2 1/2 weeks the color started to fade and my hair was very dry. I tried the clear and it was amazing. The color looked like it was just done, hair was easy to manage and no longer dry. It seemed like the gray on the sides of my hair blended in and was not as noticeable. I was thrilled. I will definitely be using again. I would definitely recommend the clear.

Turned my hair orange. I have some grays and natural brown growing in about 3”. The bottoms of my hair is highlighted a hi/low lights of golden blond colors. I spoke with a consultant from L’Oréal she said to use Golden Bronde so I did. I was suppose to tone my golden colors to an ash but instead it turned them an ugly brass color. I followed the directions to a T. There you go, that’s my experience. I want my $ back.I’m returning to CVS for a refund. Not sure what to do from here….. ;(

Don’t get auburn

I tried the Auburn gloss, and my hair came out patchy orange. It’s been almost a month and I cannot get the product out of my hair.
I’ve tried the darker brown in the past and loved it, but definitely will never buy the Auburn one again

Left my curly hair dry, stiff, and hard to detangl

I'm not impressed with this product at all. I have long curly hair that was very soft before I used this product. I followed the instructions and didn't leave it on more than 10 minutes as recommended. My hair is not dry and stiff. I have a hard time detangling after washing. I also am not impressed with the color results. The color is spotty. It turned the yellow hair to a grey in some areas but not others. I won't bother using the rest of this bottle and hope my hair returns to its original soft texture soon.

It lasts about as long as i'd expect from a semi color, but the color is beautiful. It's easy to use in the shower, and then rinse out. I also used gloves to be safe when applying. I get so many compliments on my hair.

I have had white hair for 30 years and get compliments on the natural white color however it has no depth and looks a bit dry in spite of conditioners. Toning orange from natural white/gray hair

My platinum gray hair was toned by a hairdresser which resulted in orange tones in my hair. I tried hair color remover, lemon juice, vinegar, baking soda shampoo paste, Dawn dishwashing liquid shampoos and clarifying shampoos with NO positive results. The only results were found when I toned with this product. It works well!

I used the bayalage light to dark blonde and my hair came out perfectly until I used the toner then my hair came out ruined my hair was way too dark and we were both disappointed because my granddaughter did my hair for my birthday and she did it for the first time but I do my hair all the time and it wasn't her fault it was the toner it turned my hair from a beautiful blonde to a too dark color far from the light blonde and no highlights.

Two years ago, I stopped coloring my hair and am a nice mixture of medium blond and white hair. Sometimes it looks a little dull, so I tried Platinum Pearl. This stuff is amazing! I left it on about 12 minutes, blew it dry, and then went out to eat with friends. They complimented me on my hair, how shiny it was, how healthy it looked, and how beautiful it was. Wooo wooo!

My hair is white and the ends get that ugly yellow tip after a while. I have had it professionally done and it never worked. Took a chance on this and LOVE IT! It brightens, smooths and gives a little body. Never try another color again!

Great addition to hair coloring

I get a semi permanent professional hair color every 10 to 11 weeks. This product , in copper, works perfectly for the week or 2 before my color is due to get me by. It is the perfect match to my natural red hair color. I'd say I'm 50% gray now It also give great conditioni g and keeps my hair soft and manageable..

I thought about giving a lesser star review because it didn't do what I bought it for. But I think it would be good for others. I bought the clear because I just wanted more shine and smoothness. It seems to give a little shine and smoothness. (reason for the 3 stars) I haven't put any color on my hair since 2018 because I like my gray streaks. I was hoping this would make the gray show up better. Even though I bought the clear it seems to blend my grays in with the brown so my grays don't show up as well. (not what I wanted) but this would have been great when I was growing my hair out. So if you are growing your gray out it might be good to try during the awkward stage. I'm wondering if I should have bought a gray/silver color to make my gray streaks show up, but I thought that might make my brown look funny. I think this would be a good product for someone else but not me.
