Amazing product

This is the “only” product that has lightened my age spots on my face and hands. Noticed it within the week. I’ve tried everything on the market for 40 years without anything working Thought I’d try this as I’ve used L’Oréal for years and IT WORKED!

Been using for over a month on a 58 yoa male for dark age spots on face. As of this point have seen no difference in the 5 spots on my face.. Been applying 2x daily. I am very disappointed in the results, will never purchase again.

Dark spot serum: totally ineffective

I used 1 bottle of loreal dark spot serum according to instructions and sad to report that there was no change whatsoever in my sun spots.

The dropper allows the serum to be controlled and dispensed as I want it to be vs a pump bottle. This serum is opaque white with shiny translucence shimmer. It has a, fresh and clean scent. My sensitive nose does find it a little strong but not overwhelming. One of the best features is that it doesn't leave a sticky or tacky feeling after application. This serum takes a little time to absorb but not very long. My skin always feels clean, soft and plumped. Short term effects include my skin looks brighter and clearer with less redness. Long term I've noticed some fading of my hyperpigmentation. I've also noticed this layers well with other products from my skincare routine and doesn't cause subsequent layers to pill or flake off. I would definitely repurchase this serum! 5/5.

It went on very nicely, wasn't cakey, didn't leave my skin pale and was able to go great under my full face of makeup. I love that I can use this now and have some sun protection but still be able to wear makeup.

That's not saying that I had a low standard set by any means since I have always had good results from using their products over the years. This lotion in particular scored a bit lower on my list of excellence due to its texture and the feeling of the product on my skin during and after its application. Where I expected it to be a thinner and more absorbent lotion, it turned out to be a greasy and heavier alternative. This threw off the whole experience off for me because I can't take it when I feel like I have just applied a product to my skin and it is simply just sitting there on top as though I have grown an extra layer of skin. I am a firm believer in quality products and their ability to quickly absorb to your skin.

It can also be worn under make-up (which is important to me because as bad as it is, when a sunscreen makes me shiny/wears greasy under my make-up, I will just opt out of wearing it altogether. Bad, I know, but that's how it I am lol) This serum has a nice, sheer texture to it and I definitely felt like my skin was softer & smoother after 2 weeks of usage. Great for the price point too-- would definitely recommend!

The lotion itself is smooth with a soft sunscreen scent not to over powering and seems to fade after applying. I've been using it in combination with the serum and it's been working wonders for my skin. I have an oily acne prone skin. In using the spf on a daily I've noticed that my skin has been smoother and not as oily as it normally would be. That's not all I do seeing it control a lot of the red I've had over the years due to acne scars.

I can already tell a difference and I see the spots getting lighter. I've tried other "dark spot" serums and never notice a difference and the smell is usually unbearable. This L'Oréal niacinamide serum is lightweight and absorbs into my skin pretty quick. There is no smell and doesn't leave a greasy feeling. Overall my skin just looks brighter and feels smoother. I would definitely recommend you give this a try.

In just a short amount of time trying out this product, I have noticed that the Sun spots and acne scars on my face have become somewhat lighter in appearance. They were prominently dark for many years and I always wondered if this type of stuff worked! This is the first product I've ever tried to see if it would lighten up the discolorations on my face and so far so good! You can still see them and I don't think they will ever go away entirely. However it's a good start! Worth trying!
