Good product, poor description

good product. bad description of shades. unlike the foundation, the concealer is not labeled with the undertones so color matching is very hard for the consumer. Loreal, please like the foundation have a chart describing the undertones.

I love the product itself but there are two things I don't care for re this online product info for purchasing this. The numbers should also correspond with a number and vice versa. You only show the numbers on the arms of the models without showing a shade.
You should also let us know whether it's for cool, warm, etc. I have to do research on numerous website that are not your own to attempt to figure this mystery out. Loreal, you have great products but please get that together so I don't have to pull teeth re one simple product. I don't want a virtual experience and shouldn't be limited to that.

Worst product I have ever tried in my life. I'm not writing this just to rant but to INFORM you this concealer is TERRIBLE. I made an account only for this bad concealer !! It's too easy to move. I use brushes to apply my makeup and whenever I apply this concealer you can see the movement of the brush. It's too easy to damage. WORSE CONCEALER EVER. It is terrible! for 15 dollars? I can find better for cheaper.

Formula changed

I always wore 415 Honey, but now it seems to have yellow/orange undertones. I had my old bottle and the new and the associate at Target saw the clear difference. Not sure what happened. But not happy.

Changed the old formula

I LOVED THIS CONCEALER, it was the best concealer out there but they changed the formula and the shades and it’s not the same, it cakes on me and creases like crazy, also the shade it’s too light for me. I’m on the hunt for a new concealer:( I wish they brought back the old formula. Why did they mess up such a good concealer?

This product is nothing like the description states. It does not last 24 hours. After 4 hours it becomes super shiny and oily which causes the person to blot it with a paper towel to remove the oil and then reapply.

Was good - until someone switched the labels

After trial-and-error, I picked out this concealer years ago and used it loyally. Recently the formula changed, and now I can't find my color: The same number (350 Bisque) is now more like the old 355 Vanilla; it's plain as day they're different. I wish L'Oreal would at least publish an old-to-new conversion chart.

Their new formula sucks

They changed their formula and now it's HORRIBLE. I wanted to stick with them for life because of how amazing their concealer was but I spent so much on trying to find my new shade again only to realize the shade wasn't the biggest issue, the formula's more like liquid now, it dries your skin and cracks unlike the old formula.

How upsetting. Reading the reviews I know I am not alone. Purchased this once, and LOVED my whole entire make up look.. This was a game changer and I am a makeup girl so I know what I'm talking about. When I was ready to purchase again I noticed a huge difference. All the colors are very light and in the warm/yellow tone family. Where are the Cool/pinks tones? How is it possible to change a product this much especially a good one. Reading the replies to each unhappy customer clearly translates to Loreal not listening. Listen to your customers, and please bring back the old formula. This is not working.

It seems like I am not the only one who wants L'oreal to go back to the formula used previously on the infallible full wear - more than concealer- concealer!
TBH, I'm seriously disappointed with the change!! I had finally found a concealer that WAS PERFECT and now it's like, this new blend, which has the red label (24hr wear) is not it at all!
Like everyone else commenting, the new blend has made my concealer lighter and makes me look dead, like it does not align with the original color at all!
Can someone please let HBIC know WE the Consumer want you to go back to the previous formula!! We do not want to have to look for a new concealer. Thanks!

Ugh I’m so sad they changed the shades!! The older pink cap shades are completely different than the red cap shades now. They are so much lighter it’s crazy Cashew was my go to fall/winter color and I bought a new one and it looks like a fair to light shade on me. I don’t get why fix what isn’t broken

New red top not the same as original

I love this concealer, the original 350 has a black and silver top. Now it's made with a red top and the same shade 350 is not the same color at all. Why is that? This is the only concealer that works for my dark circles and now it's a different shade and consistency. Please go back to the original formula

BRING OLD FORMULA BACK

I have been using this for years and your new red packaging has completely ruined it for me :/ bring the OLD FORMULA AND COLORS BACK!!!!! They worked perfectly. This new formula is too white, cakey (with the same amount I used with old formula), and wipes off so easily....

Cashew 365 no longer suits my olive complexion

The concealer is amazing. However, the new formula has excluded Olive tones. Cashew 365 was the PERFECT Medium/Olive tone. There was nothing else like it amongst any of the competing brands sold at Ulta. Believe me, I checked! Now it's way lighter/warmer, leaving my skin looking orange. Hoping to get a Shade alternative/Suggestion from the L'Oreal team.

The color has changed since adding this up to 24 hour coverage. This has been my everyday concealer for years and the 415 shade is now wayyy to red. Bring the old formula back!!!😒

Very good product bad packaging

Really like this product as it creates good coverage becoming my go to concealer . The try on app is definitely not accurate though.
Wasted so much money trying to find the right shade eventually got there. It’s ashame Covid means physical samples in shops are a thing of the past. My complaint is the packaging design because the top starts to rub off after a while of use causing tiny flakes of shiny foil to become mixed in with the make up which is terrible. If you fix this the product will be fantastic.

I bought it one month ago and I was expecting a better performance. The texture is too concentrate and highlight the invisible wrinkles of the eye's circle. As coverage it does the same when it is applied in other parts of the face for ex between nose and lips. Even though the powder has ben applied the effect is the same. It has a good coverage level, I would rather define its coverage medium- hight but it highlights signs of the face (like the small impercettible wrinkles round the eyes). Texture is not bad, but the appearance is to have a false porcelain effect. Too much strong for my tastes. I would rather prefer more natural effect without highlighting the expressions signs.

It's pin the tail on the donkey to pick the right color when they switch up products, or you want to try a new one! I've been loyal to LOREAL for decades for my makeup, but I can never tell by the ever changing names and numbers if a particular product is in the same hue and tone range of what already works for me! As a result, I ended up with a DARK shade of this concealer, which was yellow, in this expensive product, and it makes me look jaundiced! PLEASE MAKE SOME KIND OF CORRESPONDENCY chart between your different products, so we can quit guessing what color that product really is, through the plastic packaging, plastic holder, under green store lighting! HELP!

I have searched for ages for an affordable concealer that was light enough to use as a shade lighter than my foundation. I have extremely pale skin and dark undereye circles, and finally stumbled upon the lightest shade of this concealer! In fact the lightest shade is just a hair too light so I'm going to get the next lightest cool-toned shade to mix a little, and I think that will even it out. The coverage is very full and it can get a little cakey if you use too much. I've started being a little more heavy handed with my moisturizer and have noticed that helps with the creasing and cakiness. Overall I'm super pleased I found this brand!

I have very dark circles under my eyes due to sinuses. I feel this covers very well, but is a bit thick as I have more mature under eye skin and makes my "few" wrinkles more predominant. I just wish they would come out w/ the same great coverage just a smoother consistency
