Monica Gray connects underserved children with educational career support and mentorship. Her organization, DreamWakers, improves the lives of underprivileged children by using the power of free video technologies to virtually connect diverse, dynamic professional leaders and speakers with students in public school classrooms.

DreamWakers is a national nonprofit that virtually connects fourth through 12th grade public school classrooms to professionals working across a variety of industries in the public and private sectors. The organization vets a variety of speakers to ensure that they are exceptional in their field, come from all walks of life, and have a message that will resonate with young people. Ultimately, DreamWakers seeks to expose students to a wide range of career paths to better prepare them for the future.

Being a Women of Worth empowers DreamWakers to bring more professionals into public service, to connect the real world to more classrooms, and to serve, inspire and awaken the dreams of more students than ever before.
