I opened it and smelled it and matched up the jars. I started using it and thought it was a bit more thin and maybe stingy around the eyes, if that is the right word? I usually buy two at a time so I found the other one I bought 6 months ago (so I hadn't run out) but glad I can compare the two - the old one is more smooth and a thicker product. The numbers on the jars are the same 1763454 but the new product I am guessing got cheaper... I would rather pay more for a better product and after both run out, I will be looking for something new. I have purchased this product for at least the past 3-4 years and loved it. I know you will tell me to call you - but please just tell me what else to purchase that is thicker. Some of your other products are just too stinky/too perfume-y to handle but this one was nice/light enough, rich and creamy. Why is everyone making everything cheaper these days? We will be using Vaseline again soon. Let me know if I got this wrong and it did not change.

A jar of runny creme with way too much fragrance--nauseating really. Next jar, with a gold cap (lead paint in those gold flakes that keep coming off?), contained a thick, yellowy waxy substance that was unappealing and difficult to apply.

A week after stopping use, my skin is healing but some of the scaliness remains. I Googled "Loreal Age Perfect night cream rash" and found that so many women had the same reaction. If you want to try this product, do a small patch test for several days first.

It’s also inexpensive enough that I use a large amount of it almost like a thicker mask on my face and I use it on my neck and chest too. I alternate this cream with a 0.1% prescription retinoid cream as my nightly routine. Perfect combo. My only question is how does this differ from the new Midnight Cream. They both seem sooo similar. I’ve tried the Midnight Cream and found it to be a lot like this one - same fragrance too. But this one is thicker and I like it a little more so I went back to it.

I bought this moisturizer thinking it would be a basic moisturizer that I could use to look younger and make a difference on my 36 year old skin. I really regret buying this moisturizer unfortunately. First off, it is unbelievably THICK and hard to apply. If I put serums on first before the moisturizer, it starts to clump up and flake off. I've never seen a moisturizer do that. It made no difference in my skin and the texture and consistency is awful. So, now I am going to try the Rivitalift Triple Power Moisturizer with hylaronic acid, vitamin c, and pro-retinol because the reviews are very good. But please, if you are in your 30's .. this is not the moisturizer for you. I feel like this is for skin that's very, very mature (over 50 yrs old).

My initial finding is that it is quite thick and a bit hard to spread on my skin. I use it after I apply the Midnight serum. I am concerned about statements made in the description. It states that it DOES NOT contain Paraffin. However, while reading the ingredients paraffin is included in the list. Many of the ingredients I can barely pronounce! I think I may eventually like the product.

Now TERRIBLE! :( This used to be my all time favorite night cream, but L'oreal has changed the formula into something that's basically unusable. The packaging, color and texture are all different, but the consistency is the biggest problem. It's lost all its luscious creaminess, and is now almost impossible to apply to my skin, and I can't get it to absorb without pulling at my already delicate mature skin. Why the change? This is worse in every way from a previously amazing product. Please change it back!!

In an attempt to continue testing these products, without congesting my skin, I've been going longer stretches between applications than I usually with my normal gel-types moisturizers. For example I have used the Night cream every other night (sparingly), and have had better luck than when I tried using it every night. I also gave my mom (age 69) some of the cream to try to see how her skin responded. She has quite enjoyed it, and has been using it every night. Neither of us finds the fragrance to be too strong or off-putting.

I noticed rather quickly that it was making a difference. I flaked a little at first, but you can’t reveal new cells with the old ones on top. This is soothing but you need to use sparingly. It doesn’t soak in if you use too much. This along with the day sunscreen improved radiance, smoothed my skin and reduced fine lines. I would recommend this because it does work.

There is a light, yet pleasant fragrance with this moisturizer. It is thick and creamy and gives you plenty of hydration for your face. After using it for two weeks I noticed my face was more moisturized and that it had helped reduce the appearance of fine lines. I have naturally sensitive skin and I was able to use this without any problems. I felt like it lasted through the night into the morning. I didn’t wake up with my face feeling dry and parched like I have with other moisturizers in the past. I was happy with this product and the results. If you are looking for a good night time moisturizer then I recommend giving this one a try, I wasn’t disappointed and I don’t think you will be either.

I have tried a few L’Oréal nighttime lotions, and while none have been bad per se I have not been impressed enough to stick with one for an extended period of time. I plan to purchase another jar when I am finished with this one though! The lotion is very thick but spreads well and soaks in without making your face greasy. It sits well over my face oil and doesn’t make me break out at all. I have this four stars instead of five as I’m not certain yet if it has the wrinkle reducing effects it claims but I will be using it past thirty days to find out! Worth a try for the price point, I recommend! And I am a skincare/makeup junkie for sure! Lol

The product is heavily perfumed for some. For me, I actually found it quite nostalgic, as it reminded me of a scent from my childhood. The consistency of the moisturizer is very smooth. It does have a slightly heavier texture than the day moisturizer does. It felt nice smoothing it on and absorbed fairly quickly. This nighttime moisturizer has a nice, perfumed smell that I do not find too strong. It dissipates as the moisturizer is absorbed. This has a thick, buttery consistency that spreads evenly and easily when applying. My face feels very moisturized, smooth and pampered. Applying this moisturizer has become my favorite ritual for the end of my day. I feel like I’m doing something good for my skin. I did notice that my smile lines and lines around my mouth are less apparent. My skin just looks better all the way around (except for the small breakout from the daytime sunscreen). I will continue to use this nighttime moisturizer!

I love putting this on at night as I feel my skin is getting the hydration it needs while I sleep. My skin does not look as dull in the mornings. I love the smell and have not had any breakouts although I have sensitive skin. I would re-purchase this!

I have been using this night cream for a little over 3 weeks and couldn’t be happier! She is THICK without feeling too heavy. This is going to be delicious in the winter with how dry my skin gets with dry heater air. My skin has been more plumped with a nice glow since using. (I used a chemical exfoliant once during these 3 weeks. Other than that I have not used anything but this line). Again, the fragrance is light and dissipates quickly. My skin absorbs this easily and, although thick, I do not have greasy skin in the morning. Biggest bonus for me is my chest. I am a side sleeper and have been noticing a larger “wrinkle” forming between my breasts. This cream has lessened it significantly! Highly highly recommend!!

Easily absorbed, my skin feels so good after applying it and looks amazing in the morning. Some other night creams i have tried appear to sit on top of your skin. Not this one. Just beautiful results.

At age 55, I have reached the age I get very excited about skincare, especially products that will help my skin remain healthy and youthful! The L’Oreal Age Perfect for night is so moisturizing and soothing. There’s a very light nice scent, which I love. It includes Broad Spectrum SPF 25! I definitely feel a difference in how soft my skin feels when wearing this night cream. I also am seeing long term restorative benefits. Very little is needed so this will last a really long time! I definitely recommend and will purchase this again!

The product didn't feel heavy on my skin and I didn't sweat the product off. My skin feels smoother and firmer after my 2 weeks. I am still enjoying my Vox Box of L'oreal products.

The cream is a thicker than what I’m use to but it goes on silky smooth and smells great. I gave it 4 stars because I noticed my face a little bit more oily than usual in the mornings after using it. A little bit of the product goes a long way, feels very silky as your skin is absorbing the cream. I’m outdoors often and will continue using the cream because I love how much it hydrates my skin! We all need hydrated skin as we get older and this definitely hydrates overnight!

So if that bothers you, maybe skip this. My skin feels lovely and ready for bed after applying. Soaks in nicely, but also I can feel a light layer on my skin to last for a nighttime cream. I'd definitely recommend to my followers and I'd purchase in the future.

I am 44 years Old and have pretty good skin, with the exception that I’m diabetic so my skin can tend to get a little dry. Are use a night eye cream Every day in my skin care regiment and incorporated this a little more than two weeks ago. In the morning my skin looked bright and Chloe and definitely very hydrated. This product performed just as good as some of my high and night cream, Red shirt is before and gray shirt is after photos.

I don't mind it but I know some people are bothered by fragrance. works well for me, I have dry to combo skin, but may be too much for oily skin users. I would def recommend to dry skin friends, its a very thick cream that feels great when applied.

Having dry skin and fighting the signs of aging this is a great great product for the price. Doesn’t weight heavy on my face or clogs my pores and is absorbed quickly into the skin. I added this to my nightly routine and I woke the next morning to my skin still feeling soft and hydrated, with a bit of sheen. The product was thick and creamy, so a little goes a long way. It also had a very pleasant scent that was light and refreshing. I would definitely buy this again.

I did enjoy the scent but I have oily skin and this was just way too thick for my skin. it didn't seem to absorb into my skin and just sat on top of the skin. It felt very heavy on the skin. I would not recommend this for anyone with oily skin.

Upon opening the jar, the cream had a pleasant scent, nice and light, not overpowering which is good, as I do not like or can tolerable scents in skincare. The cream was nice and light and absorbed easily into the skin. It gives a nice subtle glow and my skin looked nice a refreshed upon waking up in the morning. I only gave it four stars cause while my skin looked great upon first using it, I did get some breakouts about week into using it. I would have to try it longer to see if it would produce long term results. But I did like the cream for the most part.
