While I like the concept of this line I saw no benefit. Purchased this product and the serum in the same line. Very unimpressive results. Fragrances are light in both products. Cannot get all eye cream out and cannot get the top off. Do not recommend and will not repurchase. L'Oreal needs to obtain more real reviews--from customers that paid for the product (versus free) and should sort according to age. As a 61 y/o-I am not interested in a 32 y/o feed back-its an apple to orange comparison.

Poor product

The dispenser stops putting out the product while at least 50% of the cream remains in the bottle. It is made of glass and cannot be opened so I am paying for something I cannot use. I am very frustrated and will avoid your products in the future

Useless flawed pump design

While I’d love to give the cream itself a high rating I can’t actually get it out of the pump! The pump stopped working after a week. You can even open the top to try to transfer it to a usable container. Also the product hardens in the nozzle so every morning when I pump it out, a hardened piece comes out first. What an absolute waste of money and product and I would never recommend this until the put it in a container or fix the flawed pump design.

Improved texture of lids

I believe this productbhas improved my hooded 61 year old lids and has improved the texture. Mybonlybproblem has been getting all of thevproductvout of container.appears to be about a third of the product left in the container. I break the titop and use a tip to get the remaining lotion.. I don't know if it's possible for an mairpump to remove all of the product.

Great product! LOUSY bottle/pump

Love the product but the bottle leaves much to be desired. Please put this product in a normal jar/pot and you will have many repeat customers. This vessel is useless, too dark so you can't see what is left and then the pump stops working. I would have given a better rating on the product but something HAS to be done about the bottle and pump issue.

The eye cream itself is a good product

I got this at my CVS and was able to use it daily for several months. Then the pump stopped working. Since the bottle is dark there was no way to see if it was empty. I needed to use a wrench in order to remove the top and saw at least a third of the bottle still full. Thankful I did this in order not to waste and save money. I read other complaints about this issue.The packaging needs to be improved.

The product is great but the container is not

I love the product but after about two weeks the container seemed to be empty. As another commenter pointed out, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to open the container to check the product or the mechanism.

PUMP LIKELY TO FAIL.

Pump stopped working after about a month. A closer look at customer reviews here and elsewhere revealed that consumers have complained about pump failure for more than a year. Plenty of product remains in the bottle--but there is only a tiny opening available to capture the cream that you paid for!

I loved this eye cream and was excited about it until the product ran out or the pump broke after 9 days. The top will not come off to see if there is more product inside bottle. Totally unacceptable. Do better, Loreal.

Horrible coating on the container that rubs off

The container is horrible for this eye cream!! The coating on the bottle wears off and leaves black pieces of the material that the bottle is coated with. Black splotches were all over my bathroom vanity and I could not figure where this was coming from for a while. Well it was from the bottle mainly the bottom of the bottle. Loreal you need to fix this, juts make it a clear container? The coating on the container comes oof and makes a real mess, and its hard to clean up. As far as the eye cream I not sure yet if it does anything.

I found this cream to be overly scented and too greasy, heavy for around my eyes. I don't have dry skin so that may be why. I like my eye cream to kind of just melt in and disappear, but I continue to feel this one and makes me feel like I need to wash my face.

pump dispenser flaw

Not sure about the effectiveness of this product but I am here to write about the way pump dispenser is very effectively preventing 100% use of this product. I bought two pumps but the first one stopped dispensing after less than 3 weeks of use. I could see that the bottle still contained more cream so I put it aside and opened the second one. It also stopped dispenseing after about 3 weeks, even though there still remained a large quantity of cream in the bottle. One rainy day I sat down and pried open both containers and somehow scraped our the remaining cream from both bottles and I think it could be same quantity of a full bottle. Obviously the product development people did not think about the thickness of this cream and how it will travel through the pump tube. Not sure if this is by design (forcing us to buy more) or just a terrible design flaw but I want people to know that they are wasting 1/3 to 1/2 of each bottle.

Plump up the lines

L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renewal Eye Cream seems to work at least at the temporary level. I will have to use this longer than a month to see if there are long term effects. As of now [a month in] this moisturizes well enough to 'plump' little lines to the point they are barely noticeable for at least several hours.

Tried it twiceor 2 months. I look worse. My eyes hurt. It is hard to even open my eyes. The pain wakes me up at night. This was not a good idea for me. Waste of money

Puffiness under eyes

I didn't notice much visible difference using this eye cream at first. It does make the skin around my eye softer to the touch, but I didn't notice a difference in how the area actually looked after the first few applications. However, after the 4th application, the area right under my eye actually looked puffier. It is possible that there is another explanation for this, but since I didn't see any improvement when using the cream, I won't continue using it.
