This treatment works well to instantly build volume that lasts for days. The concentrate comes in three tubes: one tube per week for three weeks. The concentrate is a clear liquid with a pleasant, almost floral scent that complements the Volume Filler shampoo and conditioner. Although the product works well, there are some problems w...ith the delivery method and directions. The directions indicate that the ENTIRE tube of concentrate should be poured out in the hand and mixed with the desired amount of conditioner; then the mixture should be massaged into the hair and left for a few minutes. If one follows the directions, the average palm will be filled full with the concentrate, and attempting to mix in the conditioner will cause concentrate to be spilled and wasted. One may have to mix the concentrate and conditioner in part and then apply to sections of hair until all the concentrate is used. If the goal of the treatment is simply to get concentrate on the full length of the hair, those with short hair might find that one tube is too much product for a single use. To remedy this, simply buy a small travel container that holds liquids, pour all of the tubes of concentrate into the container, and then use only what is necessary to coat the hair. This method eliminates any wasted product.

I have short, fine, thin hair. I am always looking for something to make it look and feel thicker and give me volume. I just used this system for the first time today and I could instantly tell a difference. I used the shampoo, conditioner, volume filler and the Boost mousse. As another person wrote, it is difficult to mix the condit...ioner and serum because there is a LOT of serum. I had to apply it 3 different times. I wonder for people with short hair if you could only use half of the treatment. I felt like maybe I was wasting it. However, I will continue to use this for the entire 3 weeks and hopefully the results will only get better. I'll keep you posted.
