A 16% increase in the cost per ounce or gram. I understand that the cost of materials and production go up but 16% in a short period of time is unreasonable. The packaging was re-done for a "new look." Is this the cause of the increase in cost? The "new Look" is not that different from the "old look"

Its definitely hydrating and I can definitely tell a slight difference in the texture of the skin on my neck. It is a little too oily for my skin type, however, and I would have really appreciated a neck cream with SPF. The Day Cream suffices for that, however, so all is well. While this product is definitely effective, like the Day Cream with SPF, the smell is a bit too strong for me. I still definitely recommend it as I find it to work very well! I didn't notice any sagging or wrinkling of my neck and jawline before using this cream so I can't really speak to its efficacy. I will say it goes on well and didn't clog my pores at all. I didn't react with it in any negative way. I do have 1 "crease" across the middle of my neck that I feel has diminished somewhat but I haven't noticed any other benefits from using this cream for about 3 weeks. My favorite product is L'Oreal Paris RevitaLift Anti-Wrinkle + Firming Night Cream! I love how beautifully soft and glowing I look every morning after I apply this the night before. After using this neck cream for about 4 weeks now, I do feel that the skin on my neck appears to be smoother. My only complaint about this cream is that it does not include sunscreen like that face cream does. I felt like this cream went on easily and not a whole lot of product was needed to cover the whole area. The scent is not overpowering at all and my usual sensitive skin was not bothered by this product. This line of L'Oreal products has quickly become part of my daily routine. Leaves the skin very soft and moisturized for the hole day. I have vey sensitive skin and this cream did not make me break out. After a month of trying it, I can feel that my skin is more firm now and healthy. Absolutely recommend it to anybody out there who wants a nice beautiful skin. The L'Oreal RevitaLift Anti Wrinkle + Firming Face/Neck Contour cream is a great idea for those of us, like me, that are prone to saggy skin in our neckline area. I personally have this issue because I lost a large amount of weight a few years ago and never regained the tautness in my skin afterwards. I found the product to help with my lines that are visible on the neck; I felt like the appearance was reduced. In my photo provided, the left image is my "after" photo and the right is the "before" photo. Some of the upper lines that you can see on the right image aren't as visible on the left. The product itself wasn't too heavy and greasy, and it has no particular fragrance. I would even use this moreso as a face cream than the daytime cream because it is so much lighter. Of the products I received, this and the eye cream were my favorites because of the lightness and usefulness. My only drawback on this and other products in this line is the lack of an attempt to use more natural ingredients. It would be interesting if lines such as L'Oreal tried to clean up their act and move towards the future of skincare: all natural, no chemical products. I do like the results I see, but I would not buy this product on a regular basis because all natural is actually quite important to me. It's another reason why I don't eat processed foods too. I think that most women could appreciate this face/neck contour cream. I think they may even like this product better than the daytime or nighttime creams (especially younger women like myself). I found most of the other face creams in this campaign to be too heavy. For younger women, I would definitely be able to suggest this almost as an all-purpose sort of product. However, they always say to take preventative measures rather than try to fix the problem. I've been meaning to start a moisturizing regimen for my neck but I always got lazy; having this neck cream as part of the whole set finally got me in line. While I can't vouch for any improvements as I hadn't shown signs of sagging or wrinkling on the neck, I am still very pleased with the miniaturization that it provides, and that the formula was gentle enough on my sensitive skin. I'm still not really sure the purpose of having this product seperate from the others as it had the same effect, smell and consistency. It had a hospital smell,stayed kind of tacky for most of the day and didn't work well under makeup.this is definitely not something I would purchase for regular use, it just felt like an unnecessary step. I feel finished when I put this product on in the morning. I have always used a face moisturizer on my neck, so it was nice to have a product specifically made for both. Like the other products in this line, it has a fresh, clean scent, and goes on silky smooth. I do wish that this product had an SPF in it for my neck. I love the packaging- the glass jar and lid feel really cool and enhance the experience of using the product. The only difference between the two is that the day cream has SPF 18 and the face/neck contour cream does not. Both creams smell the same and have the same consistencies. I guess the point of the face/neck contour cream is to use it on your neck and jawline, which I did... but it seems like overkill to have one cream for your face and one for your neck and jawline. I'd rather just use one cream for everything. Plus I definitely need the added SPF that the day cream has. I don't have any really negative things to say about the face/neck contour cream... it has a nice smell and consistency and it seems to work well. I just am not sure that it is totally necessary to use. I do like the whole RevitaLift line of products and have seen improvements in my skin from using them. L'Oreal has blended 8 natural skin lifters to produce Advanced Firming, Anti-wrinkle, and skin protection action. I have been using this product about 2 weeks and enjoy this cream almost as much as the eye cream. The moisturizer is light, the fragrance fresh, and texture is soft. The creams makes my skin feel soft but after washing it is as dry as before I applied the cream so I have to continue using a moisturizer over it.Very little is needed to cover face and neck and it absorbs quickly. It has a light fragrance that fades fast so it doesn't clash with other fragrances I use. I will continue to use the product until it is all gone,which may be several more weeks,as a little goes a long way. Most products take 8-12 weeks for results ,so here's hoping.
