The pH level is important because it can negatively impact other products in one's skincare regimen that are pH dependent for efficacy. Also, the wrong pH can make certain skin conditions worse. Many, many companies list the pH ranges of their products because of this, so it's odd and a little troubling that L'Oreal says the pH level of this toner is proprietary. Thanks anyway.
