Hitting the gym every day to work on your summer bod? We’re impressed! But while working out can put you in a great mood and make you feel awesome, your skin might not be looking so hot after you’re done getting sweaty. Before you up and leave the gym, though, it’s important to hit the locker room for a post-workout refresh. Here, four skin care tips to follow after your next sweat sesh.
The locker room can be a zoo after a class lets out, but don’t let that deter you from cleansing your skin.
