With the warmer weather quickly approaching, you might be considering switching up your makeup routine by putting your thick, full coverage foundation to the side. We’re here for a bare skin moment, but sometimes you need a bit of coverage. Allow us to introduce you to the L’Oréal Paris Skin Paradise Water Infused Tinted Moisturizer for the benefits of both makeup and a hydrator. The lightweight moisturizer provides the coverage of a natural-finish foundation while giving the skin a dose of instant hydration for a dewy, healthy glow. four editors put this hybrid product to the test and four editors can’t get enough of it. Read on to find out why they're stocking up on this tinted moisturizer, just in time for summer.

Alanna

When spring and summer roll around, I always like to swap out my foundation formula for something lighter and more hydrating, and Skin Paradise is just the go-to! I love how lightweight and comfortable it feels on the skin and how it works to keep me matte but still a little dewy throughout the day. I also love how easy it is to layer on and touch up if I need — all it takes is a few taps of the formula on any crease-prone areas, like around the nose or mouth to keep slipping and sliding at bay. You bet I’m reaching for this one when I hit the beach this coming season.

When it comes to choosing between foundation or tinted moisturizer, I’m all for the latter. I’m the reason skinimalism became a trend—pared down makeup routines that let skin shine as just that—skin! I love this Skin Paradise Tinted Moisturizer because it gives me enough coverage so that I don’t feel self-conscious about flaws, but doesn’t make me look like I’m wearing a live filter, which is not my thing. Plus, it feels really light and never greasy. The coverage is very natural so if you want an airbrushed look grab one of the L’Oréal Paris full-coverage foundations instead. Otherwise, it’s perfect for my dry, acne-prone skin

Shauna

Tinted moisturizer is my go-to makeup product and when I first tried out this L’Oréal Paris Skin Paradise Water Infused Tinted Moisturizer, I was hooked! I love that it includes SPF, which makes applying my makeup and skin care in the morning so much easier. The formula also applies onto my skin smoothly and dries down to a natural, glowy finish. I don’t have to worry about my skin looking dry or cakey throughout the day thanks to its blend of aloe vera and witch hazel. My friends are going to get sick of hearing me talk about this!

It was love at first application for me when it came to my affection for this tinted moisturizer. Typically, I find tinted moisturizers to be a bit too sheer and dewy for my preference, but I really love that while this one has a radiant finish, it doesn’t make me look greasy. I also absolutely love that it has a gorgeous, natural skin-like finish while providing enough coverage to blur my imperfections and leave my skin looking even in tone. I’ve gotten more compliments on my skin while wearing this than anything else I’ve tried in a long time.

In the warmer weather, I’m all for a product that will give me coverage while letting my skin breathe. As I learned last summer, most foundations don’t pair well with humidity, especially while under a protective face mask. I love this lightweight tinted moisturizer because it gives me the coverage I need (plus a little extra glow!) so I can skip the heavy foundation altogether without feeling like I’m bearing it all on a video conference. And for that reason, you can catch me wearing this tinted moisturizer all summer long.
