Colorist Secrets™ Brass Banisher™ Appl. Instructions

Mix
Step 1
Be sure your hair is dry and detangled
Step 2
Put on gloves provided in the kit. Drape towel over shoulders to protect clothing.
Step 3
Twist off the tip of the Developer Crème Bottle (1) before beginning. Remove cap from bottle.
Step 4
Pierce the opening of Anti-Brass Gloss tube (2) with the inverted cap of the tube and squeeze entire contents into the Developer bottle (1) and recap the bottle.
Step 5
Place your gloved finger over open tip, point away from your face and shake thoroughly until mixture is totally blended.
Caution: Never leave the tip of the applicator bottle unopened after mixing. The container may burst.

Get Ready
Step 1
Put on gloves provided in the kit. Twist off tip of Toning Developer Creme bottle cap. Remove cap from bottle.
Step 2
Pierce opening of Gloss Colorants tube completely with pointed top of cap. Do not point either end of tube toward your face while opening or using. Squeeze entire contents of Gloss Colorant tube into Toning Developer Creme bottle and recap bottle.
Step 3
Place your gloved finger over open tip, point away from your face, and shake until mixture is totally blended.
Step 4
Never leave tip unopened after mixing; container may burst.

Apply Toning Gloss
Step 1
Apply to dry, unwashed hair.
Step 2
Spread generously all over hair, from roots to end.
Step 3
Discard any unused mixture.

Apply Brass Banisher
Step 1
Immediately after mixing, squeeze color from the bottle (1) onto dry, detangled hair beginning in front. Work mixture gently through hair, from roots to ends.
Step 2
Endues as little or as much mixture as needed to saturate hair completely. If mixture gets on skin, rinse off with cool water.
Step 3
Discard any unused mixture.

Time
  • Leave on for 5 minutes.
    If you want to significantly reduce brassiness and the visibility of your highlights, leave on for an extra 5 minutes. Do not exceed 10 minutes.


    • Rinse & Condition
    Step 1
    Then time is up, keeping gloves on, add a little warm water to hair and gently work into a lather. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. No need to shampoo. Squeeze excess water from hair.
    Step 2
    Apply enough Hi-Moisture Deep Conditioner (3) to hair. Work through and let penetrate for two minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water until water runs clear.

    Rinse & Condition
    Step 1
    Keeping your gloves on, add a little lukewarm water and massage into a later. Rinse until water runs clear.
    Step 2
    Apply enough Hi-Moisture After-Color Conditioner to thoroughly saturate your hair. Massage through hair. Wait 1-2 minutes. Rinse out with warm water.
