This two-in-one mascara combines a waterproof base coat of Fortifying Extender with a waterproof top coat of Color Magnifier to take lashes to new lengths. -Step 1: Waterproof Fortifying Extender provides a conditioning micro-fiber base coat with Ceramide-R that lengthens and fortifies lashes. -Step 2: Waterproof Color Magnifier takes lash length further as it coats with rich color that won’t clump or smudge. Fragrance-free. Ophthalmologist-tested and allergy-tested. Suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. *Step 1 waterproof basecoat plus step 2 waterproof basecoat = 2x waterproofing.

How To Use
Expert Application Technique. For a natural effect, apply one base coat and one color coat of Double Extend® Waterproof Mascara to your upper lashes. Then apply only the color coat to your lower lashes. For a dramatic effect, apply several layers of waterproof white base coat to your upper lashes. Next, add a layer of waterproof color. For lower lashes, apply a single base coat and color coat. Removes easily with eye makeup remover.

THE BEST MASCARA EVER! I especially like this mascara because it had a waterproof version so I liked how it held my curl ALL-DAY!!! Perfect Formula and best mascara for holding a curl.

I have worn waterproof mascara all my life because of the large amounts of time I have spent in and around swimming pools. All of the mascaras eventually either flaked off or left unsightly "runoff" below the bottom lashes. NOT Waterproof Double Extend. It stayed on after an hour in the pool (with goggles), under the shower, through ...tears, etc. Amazing stuff. No need to keep looking for the perfect mascara! Thank you for a fine product.

This mascara really lengthens my lashes tons! I cannot imagine using another mascara.

I have used this mascara for years and have never even considered switching. The primer lengthens my lashes and then the second stage makes my eyes really pop. The brush is very thick with many bristles evenly distributed. This particular shape of brush is really the key to the perfect lash fringe and works better than any fad brush ...shape. I search for the black brown everywhere and buy it in bulk when I can since my fair complextion can't handle black.
