Extra-Intense™ Liquid Pencil Eyeliner

My low rating is because this is not a mechnical eyeliner pencil, No where on the packaging are there directions on how to sharpen or get more product up at the tip. I even asked my 27 year old daughter to try and twist the pencil, thinking I was doing something wrong. She had no luck either. I actually like the crayon itself. It gli...des easily and I can easily get a thin line of liner on the top eyelid. I really don't have $9-10 to waste like this. Very disappointed in L'Oreal which I had always regarded as an iconic company.

This eyeliner is so creamy, easy to apply, very pigmented, and it stays put! I have a hooded eyelid so this is what I use to line my upper lash line because this liner doesn't smudge or transfer to my lid. When I use it on my lower lid waterline, it lasts for hours. Such a fantastic product!

I thought I was crazy when I couldn't figure out how to wind the eyeliner up. Now I see that it wasn't me. Thank goodness I bought mine at RIte Aid and they replaced it for me. They told me if this one didn't work to return it too. They took it back without any receipt. How can you charge that for 1/4 inch of eyeliner? Either fix it ...or take it off the market. It is wonderful eyeliner but a waste of money.

This is my FAVORITE eyeliner. I LOVE how dark it is in the carbon black and it makes my eyes POP. I have always received compliments when I wear it and I always feel so confident when i do! I hunt this down and buy at least 2 when I find it in stores. The only thing that annoys me is that it smudges a lot even when i dont want it too..., but even that looks good.

I had to come to website to find out if this was a one-time use pencil....meaning until the tip disappeared. From website I did learn it is supposed to roll up more pencil color, BUT I have tried and tried and it does NOT work. I can't even find the sharpener mentioned. I want a refund or a pencil that works!! (rather have one that w...orks because I really like what I used!)
