I have used the Elnett in different formulas but I highly recommend them over any other sprays. The scented ones have a strange smell (to me) but most people tell me they don't smell it at all. However, they do make unscented formulas. It holds perfectly, easy to brush through without losing curl and leaves shine. Also works well to ...spray at the base of your hair before teasing, or on hair before putting in Velcro rollers, etc. This is better than Big Sexy Hair which is more expensive.

This product works great. It leaves my hair soft and holds all day. BUT the fragrance is horrible, something like rotten eggs. If you buy Elnett, I suggest you buy the unscented. It smelled so badly, that I had to return it, even though I liked how it managed my color treated hair.

I actually like the hairspray (I have very fine hair) but HATE the way it smells! It will knock you over - it's that bad. I purchased with a coupon and am still to cheap to throw it away. I will use it up but will never buy it again. It's hard to believe that L'Oreal would make a product that smells this bad. Please make an unscented... version and win me back.

I was happy to find this hairspray for sale, even though it was rather expensive. After using it just once, the fragrance was so offensive that I will never use it again. Even people riding in my car complained that it was difficult to breath because of the strong overwhelming smell of the hairspray.

I hesitated buying this product because of the price, but decided to splurge. Unfortunately, I will only be using this hair spray one time because of the "fragrance" associated with it. It is really unpleasant. It's very disappointing to have spent that much money on hair spray, and then not be able to use it.
