I loved the smell, it was super easy to use put a glop on my hands, rubbed hands together, and combed upward to define and hold my curls. The hold was strong and lasted 24 hrs. I like this product it worked for me when I was using it.

I love this product!! Love! My curls last and are well defined and no frizz. Please, please, please never discontinue this product! The only problem I am having is that I've been unable to find it here lately.

Like the other ladies here, I've been missing Lasting Curls since it disappeared. My curls are medium-tight natural spirals, consisting of thick, dry, porous strands. No product = super frizz. I've mixed hairgels with anti-frizz serums, and nothing has come close until Silky Curls. If Loreal is not going to bring back Lasting Curls,... please at least keep Silky Curls going. I don't even have to use hairspray with it, and my hair looks gorgeous.

Over the years, I have been very satisfied with L'Oreal products. By far, my absolute favorite item was Tightly Wound Curl Boosting Spray Gel. It worked BEAUTIFULLY on my curly hair. I have very fine hair that does not hold the curl very well. Since this product has been discontinued, I am again searching for a product that will work... for me. I tried Silky Curls gel and it left my hair "weighed down" and with barely any curl to it. Please, please, please bring back Tightly Wound!

I have been seraching for a new product for my curly hair ever since they discontinued the Studio Line Perfect Curves Curl Shaping Smoothing Cream and have been disappointed over and over again. And after reading other reviews, I feel even more sad about this... It seems that that product was working wonders for many women, so why di...scontinue?? Anyway, I've tried many brands and products for curl shaping and smoothing and cannot find a single product that works as well as the Perfect Curves.
