I love this hair color My nature color is Blonde so very hard for me to hold color, but I LOVE this color. My husband LOVES this color. After the first time I used it he asked if I would stick with the color! I get compliments like I just left the beauty shop.

I am completely disappointed in this color. I am a natural red-head and my hair color is maybe a shade lighter than this. This color came out NOWHERE near anything resembling red and in fact is a cross between burgundy and BLACK. I do not recommend this color to anyone with a natural red or auburn color unless you want it extremely d...ark/black.

I bought this hoping it would take it nice lighter summer shade of color, but it's nothing even close to the before and afters on the package. Instead, it turned my hair a really fake, bold shade of chocolate brown. Now i have to have it fixed and risk causing more damage to my hair. I used to love this stuff! What's going on Feria!!...

HORRIBLE! My hair turned out way too dark. my hair is now a Black Cherry. I look Goth with some Red undertones. TOTALLY dissappointed. I am leaving out of state in 3 days and now have to scramble to fix this mess. I have been an avid user of L'oreal products. I was super excited to use r48 Red Velvet. I even told my family that the c...olor on the box and even the name suits me ( I love red velvet cake) When I was drying my hair, I saw how dark it was and chalked it up to wet hair. As it dried, it never lightened up to get that awesome fiery red on the box. You totally blew it L'oreal!! TOTALLY. I now have lesss then 36 hours to fix my hair before I get on my plane. Thourougly disappointed.

TURNED MY HAIR GRAY!!!! I had pretty nice blonde hair before hand and decided to changed it up a bit. Saw this color and thought it was a good match since it wouldn't be changing it too much. I'm not sure since it was made for "darker hair" but none the less it shouldn't have turned my hair gray/purpleish. WON"T BUY AGAIN!!!
