How To Use
Allergy Test It’s essential to perform a skin allergy test 48 hours before you color your hair. This is the rule even if you’ve previously used a hair color product. Allergies can develop suddenly, even though you’ve been coloring your hair for some time. Skin allergy test instructions are included in the instructional guide inside your box of hair color.

I love this product. This was my first time doing an at home hair color and it came out perfect! It is even and glossy. It felt so healthy after I was done and the conditioner is great. I have very long and thick hair, so I used the whole bottle and almost all of the conditioner. I love this color and will definitely use it again. My... natural color is a black/brown, but it is usually lighter at the ends. This made it a nice even black that matched my natural roots. I used the consultation tool online to find out what hair color and type to use and this is what it recommended. It also covered all of the gray hairs that I felt were noticeable. Love it!

DON'T DO IT!!! I have dark brown, thick hair with natural highlights I bought a LIGHTER shade than my natural color, left on the 15 minutes - my hair is BLACK. My 'natural highlights' are now JET BLACK - darker than the rest of hair!!! This stuff is horrible! No shine at all, dry and frizzy, very, very DULL. My long wavy hair ended up... in a worse damage condition than before I started. I am sitting with color remover as I speak. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, read the other reviews. The color doesn't even remotely look like the box.

My hair was fried and my new color that was drab, dull, and uneven. I had it done at the salon for a change by someone highly recommended. I hated the color and how uneven it was. So I decided to try Healthy Look since it seemed a lot less damaging. I've always wanted to try having black hair so I chose Rich Black 1. The color went o...n easily and took about 20 minutes to process all of my shoulder length hair. I rinsed and shampooed to get all the dye out and deep conditioned with the awesome conditioner that was included and I added my own hair mask since my hair was so brittle. The results were BEAUTIFUL! PERFECT, NATURAL, VIBRANT, GLOSSY BLACK! And my hair felt smooth as satin, full of life, and it looked HEALTHY! I never thought that a hair dye could give me hair that looks natural and healthy with intense color that actually lasts. It outlasts fading so when I recolor I only do it because my honey blonde roots start to appear. I'm very careful with not over washing my hair and I keep it well conditioned so the color looks fresh dyed all month long.

My natural color is a drab 6A. I've been coloring it darker for several years now. After using Superior Preference 4A for a year, I tried this product because I liked the red tones, which are hard to find in a cooler, darker shade. I love the color results, which were very close to the box. The product was easy to use and left my hai...r healthy and shiny. I also liked that it was non permanent, since I'm planning to go a little lighter for summer. Unlike most other brands/types of dye, this one has some really pretty cooler toned 6 shades with nice red/auburn notes that will work great for me.

I love the shine and feel it gives my hair. The coverage lasts longer than most other hair colors.
