This product did not work at all. I will never use any L'Oreal products again. It gave my blotchy blonde hair in random places, and made it horribly tangy to the point that i lost a lot of hair and took me a hour to brush out.

My current haircolor is medium brown and has been color treated. I followed the directions and did the strand test (thank God). Not what I expected by reading the promises on the package. The strand test result was orange after leaving the product on for 60 minutes. I am not using this hair color on my head. I will not buy this prod...uct again and warn you that if you don't like orange hair, do not attempt to use this product or you will be sorry. I wasted my money.

i used this product and now my hair is Orange! i hate it i wanted blonde! I Want My Money Back!!! i really regret using this product.

I AM SO VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COLOR I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COLOR SINCE THE YEAR 2000 AND THERE WAS A TIME MY LOCAL STORE DID NOT HAVE IT AND I BROUGHT ANOTHER PRODCUT, OH MY BIG MISTAKE...I GET STOPPED....NO KIDDING ALL OF THE TIME FROM WOMEN AND MEN WHO WILL SAY...HEY NICE HAIR COLOR OR WHAT HAIR COLOR PRODUCT DO YOU USE AND I AM PRO...UD TO SAY I ENDORSE YOUR PRODUCT BY SAYING I CHOOSE L'OREAL AND WHEN THEY SAY.,....OH BUT THEY COST MORE THEN OTHERS AND I SAY...BUT.."YOUR WORTH IT" THANKS L'OREAL
