I am freaking livid!! I saw this product on the shelf and thought hmm lets see..My hair is black with indigo undertones and I pay quite a bit to have it colored every 3 weeks!! I put this on my hair this morning in hopes of freshining my color a bit. UM it faded my color I have UGLY patches and I think they should not only give me my... money back but pay to have my hair colored!!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!

I did not see any shine at all and was very disappointed. I have to get my hair colored every 3 weeks. I take good care of my hair. Only wash it 2x a week. I use rain water when I just want to wet it (Spring can be our friend). My hair is soft-but no shine. I am so disappointed!

I usually love L'Oreal color and products. I was REALLY looking forward to adding a clear gloss shine to my hair -- had seen it in a salon and was intrigued by the idea. Unfortunately -- this product was a disappointment. I followed the directions and saw NO DIFFERENCE! Sorry to say this was a waste of money!

I have used this product ever since it came on the market. the most frustrating thing is where to find it. . I went to where I usually buy it, and it said it was being discontinued. Help!, it is the best thing that I have ever used to add shine and softness. My hair is professionally colored with Loreal Inoa. That by itself is a grea...t thing. Added on top of it with the color shine, my hair is amazing. Strangers have stopped me and asked to touch my hair! I use it every 3 weeks.

I have read some of the other reviews and all I can say is there is no magic wand guys. If you have over processed straw on you head no product will make it perfect again.. you have to grow it out. I have to confess that I do not color my hair at home I have a very talented stylist who takes care of that for me and I use only salon p...roducts ( sorry L'oreal) they work better for my baby fine highlighted hair. This product is very good my hair is like a mirror it shines like you would not believe
