So i used this once and it was ehh. Then i used it again, in conjunction with my purple shampoo and left it in for 30mins. Mind you i live in Huntsville, Tx for College and the water here is horrible. Hard, hard, hard! blegh. Rinsed it out and... BAM! Exactly what i was looking for; soft, shiny, less frizz and smooth hair. You just h...ave to give it a try. I purchased the whole line after and my hair couldn't thank me more. Thanks L'oreal!

I fried my hair with cheap dye and tried many many things to restore moisture and smoothness, but nothing helped the problem. I was at the point of actually getting it cut off, when I discovered the Damage Erasing Balm. I was blown away. It was literally one use and my hair has it's silky smooth texture back. For the price of the produ...ct and the performance it offers,it is a downright steal.

So much love for this product!!!! I am so very impressed at how much damage this product reversed in such a short time. In fact, my hair felt totally "fixed" after the 1st use. I have fine hair but I have a lot of it and its very long and also very curly. I have issues with products that repair damage weighing down my hair or, it doe...sn't repair enough of the damage. This product does repair all the damage without weighing down my hair or pulling out the curls. In fact, I think this has worked better even than highend products I've tried that cost 2 and 3 times as much. And I love the scent!! So does my fiance who asked what I was wearing for a scent after the 1st time I used this product. Needless to say, I then went and purchased both the shampoo and the daily conditioner, which I also love. Please never stop making this line!!!

The L'Oreal Paris Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm is one of the best products I've used for my hair. I have very dry, coarse, mid-length hair that has been damaged by heat and color treatments. My hair texture was feeling really dry and nasty and hard. I heard about this product and decided to give it a try. This treatment is AMAZ...ING! it really hydrated my hair and made it so soft. I left it I for an hour and fifteen minutes. I used the Shampoo and Conditioner also. I love these products and can't get enough of them! I highly recommend it! If you have really damaged hair I suggest sleeping with it and then rinsing off in the morning!
